Just as one can make thousands of different recipes with just a few dozen ingredients, one can create a thousand different lives with the various components one has around and within themselves. So when I do readings for clients, I begin by sharing the astrological ingredients that are prevalent in their charts and listen to the client to find out how those manifest in their lives and how they “taste”. Then we set about developing a recipe that will suit their preferences. Sometimes we have to develop strategies to access more remote ingredients and sometimes we just talk about finding the right ratios and balance. So book a reading and let’s get cookin’!

Astrology provides a reflection of one’s potential characteristics, weaknesses, strengths, gifts and areas for growth. Like genetic markers in DNA, some of these characteristics may be dominant, recessive, active or dormant, so not every Gemini is chatty, not every Leo is loyal, but when one looks at the complete reflection in a full natal chart certain themes emerge that may suggest deeper truths.

Similar to looking in a mirror, we may see things we like and wish to accent, as well as some things that we don’t like and wish to change. Just as our bodies can be modified through our thoughts and actions, our psyche can change and adapt through the application of our will.

Sound waves travel through space as do planetary energy frequencies such as light, gravity, and others that we are not yet able to measure. Just as sound waves get perceived by your body (ears, skin, bones, etc. all vibrate to sound), it makes sense that celestial energy is also “perceived” by us at some level. As humans, we exist in an ocean of different frequencies from solar radiation and lunar gravity to radio and Wifi signals. Sometimes these frequencies are harmonious to us and other times they are not. Astrology can help you make sense of the vibrations that you are surrounded by and find a way to hear the harmony or move to a more acoustically favorable point of view. 

And let us not forget that what is harmonious to one person may not be to another. For example, in the western musical tradition, ears are trained by a 12 tone chromatic progression of notes between each octave, but other cultures have more tones while some have less. No one musical system is “right” or “wrong”, but some systems are more resonant with different listeners. Likewise, astrology has many different systems, and some may ring more true to one person while another rings more true to someone else. For this reason, I bring many schools of astrological thought to the table for my readings and work with clients to fine tune the frequency that resonates most for them.
